This Privacy Policy explains how Holistic Plus Care collects, uses, stores, discloses and protects personal information. It applies to information collected through our website, enquiry forms, referral forms, phone calls, emails, online advertising lead forms, service enquiries, participant intake processes and service delivery activities.
